Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekdays are generally shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during public holidays or promotional periods.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the operational workload of the shipping carrier.
Generally:
- Domestic orders within Türkiye are delivered within 1–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier-related delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for all orders placed through AURÉLIA.
Additional advantages may be offered during promotional periods.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be shared once your order has been shipped.
You may track your shipment through the relevant shipping carrier’s tracking system.
5. Missing / Damaged Deliveries
Please check your package carefully upon delivery.
In case of damaged, opened, or missing packages:
- Request a damage report from the shipping carrier,
- Document the issue before accepting the package,
- Contact us as soon as possible.
Claims regarding damaged deliveries may not be processed without an official report.
6. Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be returned to us due to incorrect address information, unclaimed deliveries, or inability to contact the recipient.
In such cases, the reshipment process will be arranged after contacting the customer.
