Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between the seller specified below and the buyer making purchases through the website.

BUYER

The person placing an order through the website.

The name, surname, address, phone number, and e-mail information declared during the order process shall be taken as basis.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the buyer through the AURÉLIA website.

3. Product and Payment Information

The type, model, color, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the products are as specified during the order process.

All listed prices include VAT.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.

Products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the buyer during the order process.

Shipping is free of charge.

Estimated delivery time for domestic shipments within Türkiye is 1–5 business days. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:

  • be unused,
  • be undamaged,
  • and be in resellable condition.

For return requests, the buyer must contact the seller via e-mail or phone.

6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Used products,
  • Products unsuitable for resale due to hygiene reasons,
  • Products damaged by the customer.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the buyer using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after the returned product is received by the seller.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by banking procedures.

8. General Provisions

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about the product specifications, sales price, payment, and delivery details and confirms this electronically.

The seller shall inform the buyer in case of delivery delays caused by force majeure events or extraordinary circumstances affecting shipping operations.

9. Competent Authority

For disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding this amount, shall have jurisdiction.

10. Enforcement

By placing an order through the website, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
