This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through AURÉLIA.


1. General Information

Purchased products are evaluated in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.


2. Right of Withdrawal & Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • be unused,
  • be in resellable condition,
  • be returned with the original box, packaging, accessories, and any promotional items,
  • and must not be damaged.

Due to hygiene and personal use considerations, returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used products,
  • Scratched or damaged products,
  • Products returned with missing accessories,
  • Products unsuitable for resale.

The customer is responsible for packaging the returned product properly to prevent damage during shipping.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Depending on banking procedures, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you believe the product was damaged during delivery:

  • Inspect the package with the shipping carrier present,
  • Request an official damage report,
  • Contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products caused by production or seller-related issues will be covered by the seller.


6. Return Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs for returns made under the right of withdrawal may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products will be covered by the seller.
